What I saw looking out the back door today. The two squirrels were just hanging out on the deck railing for quite a while. Almost looked like they were both all huddled up - not moving much. This morning it was only 7. Not sure about the feel like temperature.

On Sunday afternoon I took the kids skating with the girl scouts. John brought a friend with him so he wouldn't be the only boy.

No snow for Christmas but this morning we woke to about 2-3 inches.

After we all helped serve brunch at the hotel downtown, we let the kids open their "big" gifts. They didn't ask for them but we thought they'd like them since they had both been borrowing mine quite a bit. I even downloaded several books from the library so they'd have some books to read right away although they will probably spend more time playing games.
