Alyssa as Sacagawea

After a trip to kaleidoscope we all went ice skating.

The kids only went to school one day last week. Tuesday - Thursday they were off due to snow days (14 inches) and Friday was teaching planning day for the upcoming conferences. So this week John if off 3 days and Alyssa 2 days due to parent/teacher conferences. The kids have only had one full week of school this year so far.

Kids had another snow day on this day at home with Dad, while I was enjoying some 70 degree weather in Southern Arizona.

The second snow day for the kids. Only nine degrees out but that didn't stop the kids from having some fun outside. I stayed out long enough to get the driveway shoveled. Tomorrow high is only supposed to be 15 with negative 15 wind chill. Wonder if they will have school tomorrow. (They did have school and it was only 4 degrees when we left the house. They did end up cancelling their school of religion though.)
